the previous owner of my car. I have had it 4 years and do not have his number any more. I have looked through all of my private messages on Corral where I sold it but the archive doesn't go back far enough. Any place on line I can enter the vin and get this information. He fucked me pretty hard on this car but all I really want out of him now is to find out where he got the rotating assembly and see if he has any receipts or anything.

That's a shitty situation man. I bet he goes with the "well that's what I was told was installed" route if its the type of situation I had a while ago. Go to DMV. They should be able to find the previous owners info. Like five bucks (when I did the same in Cali a few years ago) was what it may cost. As for online... I don't think you can do it... Another way would be to PM one of the fine officers of the law on here and see if they can pull a history. Not sure if they even can but may be worth a shot?

I contacted Fla and SC DMV today. There are a few options but I am not sure either will provide contact info. Dudes first name was Jim but thats all I remember.

Well I was looking through my emails saved back for 8 years and found one from him with his name Jim Smith...and he lives in Birmingham.. the car was from Fla when he got it. I sent him a message about the car and hopefully he will respond.
