Damn that is impressive! Is the only suspension mod the lowering springs? That's crazy if so. I thought people were having problems with the Boss intake at those power levels too?

I can agree wholeheartedly on them resorting to the proven 4R70W transmission to hold up to those numbers. With the right internals and a good tune on the transmission electronic side, they can hold some power.
I haven't warmed up too much at all to the newer 5 and 6 speed autos that the newer Mustangs come from the factory with. In the new 6 speed Ford auto in the Mustang, none of the gears are 1:1 ratio. There is a planetary or two working for all gears. It seems that Ford is trying to reinvent the wheel by making it square. WTH were they thinking?

The new 6 speed auto perform very well and so far have a very clean track record.

Didn't know a stock 5.0 Mustang came with a Boss intake. Wonder what else was added?

For the Mustang enthusiasts sake, I hope they do hold up.
If the costs of the internals are outrageous like GM's 6L80 parts are, some crying is going to be heard when one does break. Time and horsepower will tell.
