Trailer Fender Removal Fabrication?

i did it on my dads car trailer.

I need one done also.Got a low slung steel trailer that ive been hauling my camaro on.The drivers door will open,but cant shut it when im in it.Its hitting the fender.I would like mine done like a u-haul trailer.Fold over with a step....
