Is this for a pure investment, or do you want to live there also?

I would buy the battery, then fire the cannons on everyone walking down king street.

Awendaw or Huger for long term investment. Mt. Pleasant is landlocked and has to move both those directions.

Can't buy it if you can't spell it. :poke::cheers

For the investment, Wes is correct.

I want to move out by Shawneeboy and Kwiksilver so I could shoot guns, ride 4 wheelers, be loud and have a test track by my house.

Berkeley County recently changed from 4 single family homes per acre to 3 single family homes per acre, to slow that Mt Pleasant stuff down, but its still moving none the less..:bigthumb:

To live, I hate this community living stuff. I just a few acres so we have some privacy and ride quads, park our RV or trailer on.

Id personally look into the moncks corner area.

That won't slow down much. That's still .33 acres per lot. The cost of the land calls for a house size that would require atleast that anyway.

If it was just for living I'd probably get a place out on John's Island, big lots and lots of land out there for private living.

I love John's island. With the right lot of land, you can be far enough off the beaten path and have privacy, but also its still close enough to all the major shopping places and the beach.

No,we had a tripplewide and a stick built home on it.The house burnt down and we moved and sold the tripplewide....But,its two homesites, one on the either side of the pool. Its a nice layout..The house was hit by lightning and we found it with the burnt air units and had some witing damage. The adjuster came out and looked at it,and took so long to pay the claim for the damage,it cought fire and burnt all the way down.Where the house was it has a long concrete driveway, that went right into the garage. So theres a pad for a shop too....lol

You sure that wasn't a little "Jewish Lightning"? You know when a short-circuit in the payment plan creates an electrical fire? Lol.

No big deal sir..Its all good. But there is alot of that goin on from what i hear,I sure would not have burnt up all our stuff from darlington raceway..I dont know if you know ,but my grandad built and founded the track. He won the land in a poker game and started it all..He was the first president and my family had control till a couple years ago......

ShawnBoyMoody
01-21-2012, 07:27 PM
I did not know that. Very interesting. I have alot fond memories of that track. We used to go up there and camp in the cow fields I guess it was back in the early 80's. My cousins and I would wrestle and throw each other into the cow patties lol.

Ive been to every race but one since i was born. They used to let us in the infiels a day early to get any spot we wanted. We'd set up bout 5 tents and all kinds of homemade lean-too's...I sit up in the presidents suite now though. No more roughing it for me.....lol

ShawnBoyMoody

That's awesome. Yeah my uncle had a small camper we'd take up there along with a bunch tents. It was pretty awesome. Actually I have alot of family up there around Florence, Darlington, and a little town called Mechanicsville.
