idk how tru it is/was but when the car was released their was a dealership in nc charlotte area that was buying them up from other dealerships and pretty much locking the market down and jacking prices up on them big time.. it could be one of those guys/group of investors... i herd something like they bought up some 100-150 gt's before they hit the lot.. again its grape vin stuff from one of the engine builders from roush yates.
