looks like you need to be over ~600 Hp to run the cheap one:

WIth cfm ratings as low as a REAL 1100 cfm, the SV1 is perfect for 650 horsepower on up engines

Search pro systems sv1. A friend runs it and had issues at first. Once it got tuned it was perfect

Looks cool. I've never seen anyone run it, so that kinda scares me away from it a little bit. The design looks just like a throttle body single blade with a pair of nitrous fuel spray bars above it. Seems like it could work really well since I'm sure that design would atomize the fuel very well.

I tried one a while back and wasn't real impressed. No better than my Pro Systems dominator. The SV1 I tried was set up for a combo VERY similar to my own. Seems to be a lot of mixed feelings about these carbs. Lots of talk on YB about them.

I'll just stick with my Pro Form 750 4150 carb......It's been 5.80's on a buddy's car so it should be good enough for me....
