Not really a deal, they wanted $1.55/loaded mile to ship it, which would've been aboout $1400. Cost me $500 to go get it.
If anyone wants to come by and check it out, it will be at my house all weekend, unless I go to the track. Let me know.

Really!? Pine Creek Rd off of Rt20, I don't remember the exit, but it was near where 20 meets up with 80/90. We had breakfast at a place called stacks....good food

Hey,im about to buy a 28 also. But im looking at some of the cheaper brands like pro-line or hurricane.Any of you guys know about these trailers? If they are worth a crap and last?

i know that the torsion axles are a big deal. My trailer has 5200 lb axles or 5000 lbs i cant remember. the leaf spring trailers dont pull good and the more you load them the worse they get. Mine is a 2008 model pace with the 4 foot side door, cabinets, generator mounted on tongue. It tows great and im very happy with it. I have only had it out twice since i got the trailer but it has done me very well. Just watch out to see which axles it has ashley, and if its torsion or leaf spring

when i had my enclosed i could get in and out of mine if i took the t-top out, and im not exactly small
BigdaddyDupree
03-03-2012, 02:44 PM
zac is far from small. my truck i can drive into my trailer and open the door and get in and out easily but it is an s10. ashley if you wanted once you get your car right trailer it to my house and you can load it in mine, then you will see what your up against. I have a winch im gonna put in the front of mine. Then you just pull it up in and dont have to worry with it.

Are you going to be cabinets and extra lights? I'm not sure about the quality of the other brands, but I know this is head and shoulders above the quality of other encloseds I've had, which were Car Mate and American Hauler. If you want to swing by and check this out your more than welcome. I think you can get a basic Vintage for $8000 if you don't want the extras.

I want to do that with my car, but I'm affraid to cause if the trailer gets stolen, so does the car. Where do you keep your trailer? I can't keep it at my house so I have to find a storage place.

Sold one to Kenny for his 32' trailer, and had one on my 50' before I sold it. They work pretty well..

I am a dealer for Network Car. basically it looks like a portable radio battery (1/2thick by 3" wide by 7" long) and totally self contained. It sticks to the roof of your enclosed trailer, and the lithium battery is good for approx 3 years. After its activated, you go to their website and set up a geofence around your trailer, say 5 feet around it. If that trailer moves outside that fence you set up, you get notified, email, smartphone text, page, ect. Then you know someone is hauling ass with your trailer, go online to Network Car and see where it goes, bring cops, shot gun, or weapon of choice to recover trailer. Keep in mind this is only good if the trailer is stolen, if they open the door and take everything out of it, its not an alarm. The geofence can also be moved at your discretion, like when I race in Florida I move the geofence to the track in florida, so if the trailer is moved in Florida from where I park it, I get notified. The GPS unit is 300 ish, and service is approx 18.00 or so per month, and activation is waived. I bought a 32' that should be here in the next 2 to 3 weeks, and I will have one on it for sure..

With everyone getting trailers and cars stolen as of late, you would be crazy not to install one.

There is nothing to go under the counter, its all one small self contained block of plastic, and you will never see it on top of an enclosed unless you get up there. Call me next week when you get ready..:bigthumb:

FWIW, why not put an old fashioned car alarm on your trailer, and alarm all the doors with pin switches?
a lot of security stuff on ebay. (http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_from=R40&_kw=trailer+lock)
i used to chain two wheels together if i stopped at a motel
stupid question, but seems like the proper thread to ask in, what makes these brand trailers better than others?
i have had 2 24's and had not problems with them, but they were not as nice as yours.
I bought these for mine

From my experience, the quality of the construction is much better. The ramp door does not flex or bounce around when standing/walking on it. It tows sooo much nicer then my others, this one does not bounce around or sway like my others. I even got better fuel mileage with this and it's heavier.
Those locks look bad ass!!

wooooow....my first apartment wasn't that nice, that big, or that clean.
PM me if you need to store it overnite or something, local so you can work on it or whatever.
if my 24 was empty, i used to hook my lawnmower to it to move it to keep it from killing the grass. it would tote the front tires the whole way...i doubt it would move that beast.
that's definitely man cave status, just need a massive flat panel up front!
