aluminum welding? anyone??

does anyone hear do or have access to aluminum welding.. id preferr to have it migg than tig.

would be welding angle peice and a 1inch tube to it.. possibly do a few plug welds where angle meets tubing.. would also be a peice on angle.. figure 6-8 welds

6 1-2inch beads
2-4 plug welds

would proably need 3 of these made... i can have all the prep work done... cutting,drilling ect ect just need the welding done.

it dont need to be pretty...just need to hold.

its for surf fishing it will be covered in sand and crap most of the time... just needs to hold.

i may switch the aluminum tube for pvc which i wont need welding for.

Along with that spool gun, get a bottle of helium for shielding gas. The helium makes for a hotter better flowing puddle. Bead appearance is right there between argon mig and argon tig.

i will see what i come up with tom.. im picking up my angle and tubing.. i was looking at mig because i didn't want to take much time of anyones for a piddle project.
