In the process of replacing compressor/drier/expansion valve on the Mighty Max and will need a recharge. Anybody got freon and tools to charge this bad boy up? Or should I just use little cans from Vato Zone?

Thanks

you need to pull a vaccume on it before you charge it, cant just put the freon in once you break the system

Has anyone tried those cheap vacpumps that harbor freight sells. The ones that uses your air compressor to create a vacuum.

I have a vacuum pump that can work on auto systems.

Yeah that's why I posted. I'd rather pay someone to do it than have to borrow tools and stuff.

If anyone is equipped to do it let me know please.

yeah. I have one and I have done about three AC repairs with it. I don't have a guage to see how much of a vacuum it pulls but all three systems are working great.
