Say someone hurts their back at work and gets sent to the work force doc, only to find nothing on a x-ray. The doc then requests some PT, but never calls.
How does the second opinion work? What if the primary doctor found an issue? Could that stand ground for treatment?
Are there any legal issues with this?

Going to your primary doc is a good thing to do. If he find something wrong, report it to your job. As far as getting legal advice/support I would wait to see what your company is going to say.

I'd tell the owner of Selepack Detailing to strap up because you're going to get an attorney and take them to the cleaners!!!!!!!!!!
