So it seems like every rainy day I'm out looking for some mud to get into. Problem is most of the area's I find will most likely come with a healthy fine/ticket if I get caught.

Where do you guys go play and who wants to meet up and go have some fun? I got a small rig, just a little 92 xj with Rough Country 3" lift on 31" BFG's Km-2's, but it's a start and so far proven be a pretty damn good time. That said not looking for extreme mud bogging, just some cool trails and crap to climb over.

I been checking out Glutchesorvpark, but it's 3 hours away.

Couple shots of the jeep out being a jeep.

Shawn Boy should know of some places.Tanner Plantation, before it was developed, was where I went. The power lines down by Fed-EX off North Rhett were also good to.Let me know when you find a place I'll come :bigthumb:

Are the power line trails fair game or is that a ticket if caught type deal. I been hitting those up, but seemed sketchy. I'll let you know for sure, good to have some backup with you when your 5 miles off the main road lol.

A ticket could be possible???I haven't went down them in years,1993:mrgreen:.At one time there was a lot of places to go.I did off road across from SCE & G off Bushy Park road. There was some good Off Roading on my hunting club in Dorchester ,but the owners don't take kindly to it any longer.I agree going as a group would be funner and safer.

Weve got one pretty good spot we hit out near me. It is private property and it is trespassing. But weve been wheeling there for years without issue. We dont go back there after dark and try and ease in and out without drawing too much attention from the surrounding neighbors. Weve got some pretty cool hill climbs and some mud too. Ill pm you some details. Gonna make me throw the front driveshaft back in the old K5!

It's a K5 it don't need no stinking front driveshaft to go throught a little mud:mrgreen:

We used to sneak on the 17A dirt pit way back in the day, and yes it was trespassing.

i used to take my suzuki samurai on a bunch of trails out in Huger. there are some really good ones out that way. i still go out there about once or twice a month with a few of my friends to guide them through the trails. have had DNR drive by several times and have actually stopped to chat with us, never got a ticket, warning or anything. as long as you stick to the trails that are already used by off roaders and dont mess up any normal dirt roads they dont bother you. i would be glad to show you around that area if you want to one day.
