Well,my car is gonna be goin to RPM in a couple days. Hope to finally see what it will put down and run.Im hoping it wont take them very long to get it done,but i will be waiting patiently..Im just gonna drop it off and tell them to finish it,dyno it,and take it to the track and call me when its race ready...lol

Yeah,them boys up in garner.I was told they are the shit and do work on a car like mine on the daily so.....Nothing but good things to come i hope cause this is my last attempt on this build.lol..I just hate its prob gonna cost me another 5k or so to do it,but we live and we learn....

Got it dropped off and let me tell ya,this is the place to go.Its a one stop race car shop that can do it all.Just the quality of high end race cars in there speaks volumes...Shit,they wont only dyno tune but he will track tune it also..I told the owner,Ryan,the numbers i needed the car to run and he said they will call me in a couple weeks when its done.I told em they had an open checkbook and if it wont run the numbers i need it to,then sell it to someone up there..lol...I will let yall know how it looks and performs when i go back for testing at Dunn Benson....And they talked me into setting it up for radials,so eveyone cant cry about my tires.......

Well i have saved for a while to get this car done,and hell,why stop now...lol...And thats a dangerous statement with those guys up there cause there were numerous 100k dollar cars there...But i dont want money to be the limiting factor. Im gonna still use the engine i have it just has to be torn down and started over.They have their work cut out for them but they have a good buch of tech's and one guy will stay on my car till its done,and that means alot to me.I feel thats why this project has failed thus far.....

Why tear the motor apart? Is there an issue with the bottom end?

The only shop I've ever had my car to has been RPM. Over the years I have gathered that if you have a high dollar car RPM is the place to go. However, with all the "little" stuff I've had done I've always found things to complain about and I am easy to please. Simple things, easy to spot if they would actually look things over when they were done as well.

Most recently when I had them swap my new LS7 into my old Camaro they left a coil plug undone so I drove it all the way home on 7 cylinders thinking it was the new suspension doing what it was.

I've never been happy with the tune's I've received from there either.

They are a good group of guys though no doubt and will make an attempt to fix any issues.
