New project boat. 81 Checkmate Entertainer. The top clear is bubbling/chipping in some areas. What's the best way to go about fixing that? Sand the old clear off and reclear or re-paint the whole top? 1180

Paint it. Just don't go buck wild with it and paint EVERYGODDAMNTHING the same color. That's how my boat looks. LOL
