one guy at work bought a Z06, then another guy started driving his.
and i see this one all the time:
http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m62/carlrx7/586b2d7c.jpg
the wide body kit REALLY makes Carl's car POP.
and now, at work, all the guys with garage queen regular corvettes are driving them to work,
and they look so FLAT and slab sided over the rear tire.
it's really weird how much that lip in the rear makes the car flow
man, i wish i could convince my Banker I need a Z06...

It looks like something is missing if you do the back quarters and not the front fenders, IMO.

Some look faster than they are. Had an officer one night underway ask me how it felt to be the 2nd fastest car on the ship. I ask who was the fastest...he said the Captains 405 crank C5...I laughed.

Saw that on the corvette forum again last night. Would like a 3LZ car myself, but I really should get the house paid down further before buying any more toys.

lol, a honda will out last any american made car. that Z06 is beautiful, but has been raced on the track alot. if i did not know about the track abuse then i would be interested in it.

Yep, that car is worth every bit of 45k. Especially considering that car has the 3LZ package. But some people have a hard time swallowing spending that much on a used vehicle; I know I was a little nervous as well. I paid 45K for mine and it was 4yrs old when I purchased it (original owner paid 80k).
I haven't regretted it a day since!

most vette owners don't drive their cars hard. they sit in a garage most of the time. their are alot of well kept Z06's out there. i am srry yours does not fall into that group. :poke: j/k
my gto runs just fine and is comfortable for these old bones. lol

I don't think I would want to buy a vehicle that just sat in the garage for the past 6 years either. That in itself comes with its own list of problems.
