the mustang coupe i just bought has a built c4 in it, it's a tci pro x Trans and when i checked the fluid it was a clean and clear fluid that kinda has a grape smell, any ideas on what is in it and should i continue to run it?
gearmesh, inc.

It's probably tractor hydraulic fluid. It's usually a little thicker in viscosity than regular trans fluid, which typically tightens up converter stall a couple hundred rpm.
Tractor fluid seems to have no ill effects on the old school transmissions with a screen filter and gear style front pump. The newer transmissions with fabric filters and vane style front pumps don't get along with the tractor fluid very well at all.
