Depends on the other parts on the motor.Mine is a 306 with Edelbrock performer heads and 1.94 valves. Heads are box stock, Motorsport "B" cam, and AOD trans. I picked up 3 tenths on motor, changing from a Torker II "straight carb design" to an RPM air gap..:bigthumb:

Lolz. Get to work. Or drop it off at SMMS and I'll iron it out and drive it to work and church on Sundays.

it has svo heads, with a trick flow Cam, Cam is like 499,510 lift with 1.7 rockers and heads have 1.90,1.60 valves

RPM Air gap is gonna be your best bet then for an all around street car. If you're planning on better heads and a bigger cam later I'd go Vic Jr.

Edelrock Air Gap dual plane or if you do stick with a single plane i would run what I have, a port-matched Weiand 7515. It's just about as snappy as the Air Gap down low, but pulls better up top.
