Internet Speed for Games

So my 12 month promo price for my internet through Comcast just ended, and the price has gone up. I'm thinking about switching to another provider, but most of them don't have near the speed I'm getting with Comcast (20+ mbs).

Anybody have any issues with lower speeds with games and streaming online content? Lower speeds as in 3mbs? Anybody have any bad experiences with AT&T U-Verse?

the download doesnt really matter its the upload that usually causes gaming issues. i think I'm currently on a 30mb down 5mb up package.

I play black ops on a 3 up 2 down speed and I'm top 500 of 40k players month after month with no lag issue.
