I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of racing seats. I'm not dead-set on Corbeau, but they're looking like a good choice right now. I like the CR1's and the A4's better than the LG1's that most people have. Plus, they're both lighter than the LG1's. I was just wondering if anyone had either the CR1's or the A4's and if they would buy them again. I'm basically looking for the lightest racing seat possible that still has enough comfort to DD in. I would even consider a fixed back seat if it was comfortable enough.

I've had a set of Corbeau TRS and fixed back forza's. Both were pretty nice. My favorite seats so far are the sparco milanos i have in the car now. I daily drove the car with all three sets of seats, and they were actually more comfortable than the stock set. Corbeau makes a very good product and i would recommend them. I would also highly suggest looking into a set of sparco/recaros if you want to go the higher end route.

I would sit in them or find someone that has them before purchasing them. If you are a BIG Man than you might not be happy with them. They are hard to get in and out of, if you have a cage!

Corbeau makes a wide option for those with larger waist sizes which a majority of seat companies don't . The recaros that came in my old evo were ok but they could have used a wide option , which they don't offer on any recaro seat . I had some TRS's in my Cobra and they were more comfortable than the stock seats .
