No insulation right now. I got a infared ceramic heater to go in it and I am going to wire it for TV, Phone and internet as soon as I get a final CO. Me and the wife got new recliners for Christmas and the old ones are going in here for me to hang out in the man cave. lol

.....and you cant carry on a conversation while its on. like trying to talk in the bed of a pickup at 65mph.
on that note, i would also put the compressor outside in its own shed. good for sound inside, and it saves room.

Nice garage :) I am in the planning stages for mine too.. debating attaching to the house and doing a stick built kit(doing work myself), or with a detached metal setup. I only plan on 9' walls though... 18x24. Plan on getting this left setup, so I can move it when needed for full floorspace.
