everything seems to turn around backwards.
a few years ago, before a week long vacation in south florida, the AC compressor went out in the 2006 Dodge...and I had to pay $500 to rent a car, because no one had one in stock.
yesterday, I found two in the scrap metal pile:

a buddy has lost several houses due to marriage/moving/divorce/break ups,
never had a steady home growing up.
now, he has a nice place, and inherited a second house for free.
and it's driving him crazy to have two houses that are paid for.
i always hated SUV's, and loved sports cars. even fussed about a buddy out so bad about buying a SUV, he never talked to me again. i hated them.
now, we drive the SUV everywhere, and we have to make an effort to take the sports car out.
are you other guys seeing the same thing?
where, there was something you could not live WITHOUT...now, you cannot live WITH it.
I been thinking about this for a while, but this made me post it up:
Consider these paradoxical propositions:
to live you must die (Mark 8:35);
to gain you must give (Matt. 19:21);
“blessed are those who mourn” (5:4);
to rule you must serve (Luke 22:26);
and suffering has purpose (Matt. 5:10-11).
