Who owns the Yellow C5?

I was getting on I-26 at the Ashley Phospate on ramp and got behind a yellow C5 with black wheels and a bunch of decals on each side of the car one of them being some type of LS6 decal. When I was behind him you could smell what must have been E85 and see the Borla mufflers. Anyone know who it is?

Those numbers were only on there because I had just gotten done with an autocross event and had an impromptu photoshoot after.
