is it different for ls1/2 vs ls3/l92? i know the rockers are offset but im not sure if the valve or pushrod is what is offset

Yes there is a different tool for ls3/l92 heads vs ls1. I have to separate ones but I saw the other day that there is a new one out that adjusts and can do both.
