My car has a huge electrical draw on it. If it sits more than a day the battery is dead. So far I've disconnected all electrical modifications, with no change. One thing I have noticed that was strange is that after the car is turned off and 15 min RAP is complete all the fuse blocks are hot. Which leads me to believe its something related to the ignition.

I'd get a multimeter and connect it to your battery and start pulling fuses one by one to see where the draw is happening. Then get the pinouts/schematics for whatever you find is the problem. That's what I did and wala found the issue and fixed it easily.

How much is your parastatic draw? If it is around 3-4 amps I usually disconnect the alternator first. I have seen voltage regulators get stuck on before and keep the field winding energized. 3 to 4 amps is usually what a field coil pulls on most alternators.

Well I've had to replace the alternated twice because of the draw killing the battery. I know the current alternator is good because I pulled it out and had it tested at allied signal. When I tested it was drawing a full load (key out, door closed, everything turned to off position). I even checked door switches for their operation.

This is the only way!

my truck did this when i had an aftermarket radio in it. i could pull the radio fuse and it would be fine sitting for a month.
i put the stock radio in there and its been fine since.
