While I'm not on the kid's side, I do think that cop was a douche. The COP stepped forward into the kid's face, NOT the other way around and yet the cop kept claiming the kid did that. Seriously?

Second: Then after the cop had let the kid up and talked on the radio, he started asking the kid "what was all that groaning and stuff you were doing on the ground?
