Just thought id let you guys know i installed my tick m/c and it is awsome...its def.a no brainer and a MUST if your considering anything more than a stock clutch.
No more dead pedal,no more missing gears, firm pedal 15% stiffer than oem m/c..i would suggest buying the speed bleeder... the m/c is pricey but worth it for sure they do offer military discount that brought the price down to 270..

I can't remember why, but the mcleod sucks. Tick master ftw!

Never heard anyone having a problem out of the McLeod when it is installed and bled properly. I ran it it my black WS6 with the 408, spray, and a twin disk clutch that would hold pretty much whatever power I wanted to throw at it. Never had an issue getting locked out of gear or grinding.

Hey off topic, but can someone help me wire a shiftlight

Shift light is easy.. you should have power, ground, and tach input wire. Wire the power into a switched 12v power supply, such as the cig lighter/accessory power wire (orange wires), ground the black wire to the chassis somewhere, and wire up the tach input to #10 RED connector on the pcm should be a white wire IIRC, and boom, done.

Shift lights can also be used by the blind. Listen for the limiter, touch the clutch, and shift.

Its actually a 5" tack with a shift light....i can pull the shift light off but there is only 2 wires going to it..is it the same to wire the whole tach?

Your saying let it bounce off the limiter then shift?im still a noob man, upgraded from a vw (where i had plenty of time to shift lol)isnt that alot harder on the valve train?..still on stock heads and cam

Lol, I was kidding. Shift light is fine, or just watch the tach. Dont bounce the limiter
