Saw that. Saw they arrested a dude in the program with 3k worth of cocaine.. Sounds like the program is working very well.

I didn't watch the show, but didn't they say the main goal of that program was to lessen street level sales in specific areas? I thought they said that portion was successful and 50% of the shitbags passed the program?
