No, actually, I just moved from Delaware about a year ago. In the state of Delaware, you can sell your tags. My wife has a 5 digit tag on her car, and we are goint to be turning it in off lease in a few months, and selling her tag. I jumped on this site, and at the bottom ther is a link to cars for sale. There are usually all high end cars on there, like the Porsche, and Bentley. My bad if this thread happened to be dumb.
