You can find catbacks used on the forum for as little as $400 though. I bought my SLP PowerFlo for around $600 shipped from partstaxi a few years ago.

Also check out XSPower on corvetteforum. They sell an entire system, catted, for $1000. All stainless and I've heard good reviews.

I'm happy with my OBX axlebacks that were 250 bucks except for one side being crooked... they sell the full exhaust headers to exhaust tip for just under 1000 shipped for the G8's... vettes should be similar.

i will def keep that in mind...was honestly considering looking for a Ti exhaust from a Z06 that has the bypass mod...but we shall see...this is my 3rd car and the first 2 were paid for in cash....so the monthly payments will cause the modding to be slow

they claim they're made in America, but they're the SSauto chrome stuff. I had LPP's on my '94 Z28, they had SSA badges on them. Fit like fucking ass. I'm kind afraid to run this stuff.

Not to mention Cone's crooked ass right hand side exhaust on the G8 lol.

dont hate on the JDM turbo tilt exhaust... my axlebacks do fit like t total ass... they twisted up the exhaust all kinda weird when i tightened up everything.

The side thats crooked could just be the hanger. That was the issue with my pypes axleback. I used a big prybar to bend the hanger. I had to take it off twice to get it straght. I got the axleback for $80 shipped cause the guy who bought it was pissed they were crooked!

nope everything is just crooked, everyone has the same issue with them... i tried bending it already, its deff all of the flanges being welded crooked. I'm just going to get dual 4" SSClone tips and have them welded in straight.
