Dorchester Charity Event

As some of you may know, July is the month of the zodiac sign Cancer. Therefore, we thought that it would be nice to have an event that donated to a charity that fights Cancer. With that being said, this sunday we will have a Cookout for a Cancer Cure. Pay your general admission at gate($10) and you will get to eat absolutely free, while food last. A portion of the gate proceeds will be donated to a charity that fights breast cancer. It's just our way of trying to give back, and assist in the fight to find a cure. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate with us!

May not matter but who are y'all planning on donating to? Was wondering bc like the Susan g. Komen foundation is not the best choice if that was one. My wife recommended a local charity or organization like musc or something like that. There is a web site called www.guidestar.org that you can check out non profit organizations and see what they make and how much of it they donate. Either way, props for helping out a major issue for women. We just had a close friend go through a bad case of breast cancer.
