it's rusty, I had it in an open trailer for years. it's Ok to use, but if you wanted to be LNIB, you could change out the header piece (the square channel - it's rusted inside) for a piece of new thick angle iron, and be good ta go.
i still need to sell this one, this lets you put it in the bed, and keeps it from flopping around over bumps, and it keeps the rear tire from dimpling the tail gate.
