Can't really give Cliffs, basically tells you what to do during and after a defensive shooting to minimize your legal liability, and to be as safe as possible.

I read the first page and got bored. A lot of good but common sense (to most) advice included.
Good find.

Finish the job you started. Court proceedings go alot easier if the judge can only hear one side of the story. Like the Hell's Angel's say, "2 can keep a secret if 1 is dead"..:bigthumb:

+1 on this. Bring enough gun to do the job. Two to the body and one to the head goes a long way to ensuring there is only one side to the story. After a defensive shooting, the only thing you should say to the police is "I was in fear for my life." You are going to spend some time at the police station or jailhouse anyway no matter what you say. Let a lawyer do any further speaking for you.
Does anyone know a good attorney for an "armed citizen encounter"?
