so awhile back I purchased a hooker aerochamber muffler for the ride.its a single in dual out. haven't had the time to install. has anyone ran or heard that with a longtube setup?

if so what other muffler is it comparable to? so far, the ol school folks I talk to say good things.....the youngins say its too quiet..

Hooker Aero-Chamber for the LS! cars is great bang for the buck! I have it on my 2002. Pretty quiet (some would say stealth) cat-back, hence No drone what so ever. Works great with my Edelbrock LTs & ORY.

Yeah man, its one of the quieter ones, similar to magnaflow. Obviously with LTs and a OR Y-X pipe it'll be more of a pronounced sound/tone but still nothing ridiculous, like the LM setup. I remember Way back when the LM first came out and everyone thought it was pretty BA lol. Not a bad piece (the LM) just a bit much ALL the time lol

lol
I could just install it with a cutout just incase the tone isn't quite the noise I was hoping for
