Old Slicks or Drag Radials

Hey guys, I need to do some tuning on the Grand National and I have to do a couple WOT pulls to get it right. The tires on the car cannot hold the power down and all I want to do is log a few pulls to see what to adjust. Does anyone have a set of old slicks or drags radials they want to get rid of? I really dont want to spend 600 bucks on tires that will only get used for a tuning session. I would also rather go down the strip than a dyno so I can adjust my suspension accordingly.

I got a set of good m/t pros that have plenty of life left for only 250. They were working fine when taken off. Still rubber before wear bars

No wheels yet. Was planning to go to the junk yard and find a cheap pair of 5x4.75 wheels to throw them on. I don't need anything fancy, just functional.
