Looking for someone to do some custom header work

I'm looking for someone that can do some custom header work for a project I'm working on. Can you recommend a person or shop that does this type of work around the Charleston area?

I'm putting a BBF in a 68 F100. I NEED a set of chassis headers with 2" primarys and 3.5" collectors with flanges that fit 429 cj head ports.
The closest thing I can find available is a pair of Hooker Super Comps (pn-6811), 1-7/8" primarys and 3" collectors but has standard 429 head port flanges.

My thoughts are;
to replace the flanges on a set of Hooker 6811's

OR modify some Mustang headers that fill the bill and are close to fitting but need a couple of tubes changed on the drivers side.

I'm not sure which option would be best.

Best option is a set of one offs. Ive done a few sets for the bbf pulling trucks we ran back home but for something like this I'm going to assume your wanting them pretty... I.e. would need to be tigged to look right, and going to take a LOT of bends to start from scratch. Going to be expensive and not done overnight.

Chet at Hipster race cars in Ridgeville. I was looking into building a set of stainless headers and from doing some shopping the flanges and materials was around 1k plus labor to build them. At any rate Chet does alot of that type of stuff and nice work. 843-478-3813

What are you doing with the chassis? Ditching the twin I beam? That would make a big difference with the headers.

I have the Crown Vic conversion on the "to do" list. It would help with the header situation. I just can't wait that long to get it back on the road. I'm feening to get the new engine in it now so I can start driving it again.
