Ladson/Summerville/Dorchester area
older guy, prolly 60 or so, pretty mellow & easy.
got out of divorce, and got some money on hold, just needs a place to stay till his money breaks free.
i have known him a few years, i trust him
staying with a crazy woman right now, so prolly open to most anything
