I obviously want to get optics for my .22, but am kind of torn on whether I want a cheap sight or scope, and which might be more fun. Leaning towards a sight to help practice for my AR. Any suggestions on which is more fun and any good cheap brands? Sightmark looks like a decent option.

For good and cheap I like anything Vortex makes. I am NOT sure if they have any 22 specific optics or not but if they do I'd be all over it.

I have a sightmark on my AR. Works well in daylight, but in low light conditions it gets a little fuzzy.

That all depends on what you want to do with the rifle.....

Bushnell TRS-25 has a 2moa dot...cost effective and reliable...I have one on my mini14 and my buddy has one on his 12ga and .500 magnum
pretty sure psa just had them on sale with a riser for less than $70
