Repairman needed for AC and fridge service

Came over today and it was 77* inside...ac set on 72...drip pan full of water and fan isn't on outside...I don't know 2 shits about AC

stick a shop vac on the end of the pvc lines that drip outside the house for the ac and suck the water out, if you dont get any water, than its clogged. A/C shuts it self off when the pan is full of water.
