Lexan

Anyone ever do lexan in a frameless door? I'm thinking about doing lexan in the car, but I want it to look good. Any ideas or pointers? All of my glass has been broken or damaged due to the fire, so I'm thinking this is the time.

There should be a kit available from someone to do it. Just have to make sure its braced properly. Optic Armor probably has all you need.

Do they work with weatherstrip and not leak water into the car if you were to wash it?

Yes if its braced properly. A glass window doesn't leak, why would a piece of lexan?
