Since MT 275/60's are on backorder and who knows when they will become available. I have been looking at the hooisers. Curious on if anyone has ran them or even heard any reviews on them.

We Havnt gotten anything else yet. And we need tires bad. They said for comp use only, but they did have a DOT #. When we called summit, the guy said that they were street legal. We just did not like that it said that right on the tire. I've seen some threads on them on other sites. They seem to do well.

I still have the ones Dave wants to sell in my garage. 275/60/15 they have only 4 passes on them. They are mounted on Weld or cragar prostar rims, 5 lugs. I think he is talking $400.00 or $450.00 complete..

I ran them on my old truck, they worked great. I would get 1.60 every pass even when they were worn out. I put on a brand new set of BFG's and they would spin on motor, so I never tried them on gas. I took them back off after one trip to the track.

yeah- BFG's suck- look at all the Drag Radial cars- they run several tenths faster just by switching from BFG to MT.
I love my Mickey Thompson's.

Yes, but buy them take the tires off, and sell the rims. The 2 brand new ones I sold to Mike was $336.00 for the pair from Summit. So you are getting the rims for just over $100.00, should be no problem to sell them. I was in Commerce, they only have 4 passes on them..

I might swing by and check them out. Call me when you go out to the garage.
