Daniel put my truck in the 7s tonight on street tires, First 7 secound pass for my truck. Then I followed it with three more 7 secound passes not bad for a street tune and street tires. Now I can try my other tunes. These are my new best for now more Eaton runs to follow Mitch

I'm sitting in the staging lanes with no one in line waiting for the Motorcycles to finish. The guy waves me up there right lane I'm still buy myself then all of a sudden here comes a Black truck hauling but I start Cussing Bill (Richard Head) I'm raising Hell to my self thinking I'm getting ready to get Smoked then I look over and its Carson 03 Black Lighting that runs really good. So I thought I had a little chance. It was really funny when it happened the track guy asked me was I OK I laughed. Mitch

The nitrous stayed off tonight until I get another fuel pump the holley pumps suck ! I'm going to go with the one big pump to run everything now . But if the car does like normal on the nitrous and picks up a second the car will finally be where I want it to be .

I was trying out the two-step on the digital 6 plus. On my last pass around 9:30 the car left really hard and dead hooked. Man that was fun. However, I'm now having issues with my T-5. Cannot shift to 4th while under pressure. I blew that shift 4 times. I was well on my way back to the 7's. I ran a good number when I stretched out 3rd, almost on the rev limiter in the traps. I tried it one last time while I was running against that VW Bug with the turbo (whom I was gaining on pretty quick, he red lit though), and blew that shift again. I still ran an 8.08 with a 1.82 60'. Not too bad though. I will admit that the VW was having clutch issues which slowed him down as well.

I think that maybe I broke a blocker ring as I heard a noise the first time I killed that shift!!!

It was a god race though, I will admit you cut my head off on the tree because I was in reverse as the tree started to fall. I thought the tower would give me time to back out and restage because I went deep when I got on the converter...

I have some thing to work out aswell, I need to get the car to stop bumping the limiter on then 1-2 shift. I also dyno'd the car today and found out tht I need to drop my shift points about 500rpm. I may bring an extra bottle next week incase you run out again! :poke:

Thanks everybody. Havent been able to get on. Computer was down again. Had a great time. Got a new best. Got to met some people I havent met. Very impressed with 1Irons car and Mitch's truck. Didnt get to see anybody else run.
