After having trouble with my T-5 the last time at the track, I've determined that I had some issues with my stock shifter. I put a new in last night, and what a difference that made. I went with a Hurst M-7210-M from Ford Racing Performance Parts. Easy install and shifts very smoothly. So maybe I have some more time left in my tranny.:cheers:bigthumb:

I had the tri-ax in my fox and loved every living minute of it. STOCK just sucks rowing that boat.

I liked my tri ax, still have a base if anyone wants it....but ive heard a Pro 5.0 with a tri ax handle is the best "stang shifter" out there....I dunno tho, I went with MGW, which isnt too bad at all, granted I like the short ass throws of a true Pro 5.0 shifter

You are right tri ax handle on a pro 5.0 base is what my dad had in his 04 mach and it was alot shorter shifts than just an all out triax. Nice and tight

I certainly did have to talk myself into it. Just wished I did it a year ago! Baseball is going good. Thomas is getting stronger and has filled out quite well. Not the shrimp he used to be anymore.

Paul,
I'm going to the country for a family reunion this week-end. It's close to Orangeburg, so i'm going to the TNT night on Saturday if weather permits.
