Time to set the car up to run some E85. You may have to go to a little bigger injector, as WOT a/f is usually 9-10:1. Search on the internet a little and you will find people making even more horsepower beyond what they ususally make on high dollar race gas. This stuff has a very high octane and you can get aggressive with timing in your tune. Best part is it is cheaper than regular 87 gasoline.

some good info on www.e85forum.com
i have brought this up here before. need around a 30% increase in fuel to compare to gas. NA motors are being built 15 to 1 and run fine on e85. it is not as costic as meth or even race fuel. e85 carries its own oxygen. you can run more timing. why this fuel isnt taking over the racing world i have no idea

No shit jeff. I know the sunoco by my house had a 6 cent increase today since 11:30 this morning and the place was packed as all hell on the way home around 4:30.
Just read that some states (no southern states) is wanting to raise the sales tax on gasoline. And the FEDS are wanting to raise it from 18.4cents a gallon to over 40 cents within the next 5 years. lol

During the summer when regular gas was 3.8x , 100 octane at the sunoco on Trolley road was 7.99 a gallon than.

Good info for a low compression N/A motor. It's a different story when you add boost or compression.
