Good to hear the South loop is open again. It has been closed for a while. I kind of figured that the North loop would be whooped out from getting all the mileage for a while.

A good website to check before you load up and drive all the way to Francis Marion is http://www.fs.fed.us/r8/fms/forest/conditions/index.shtml. This is the Forestry Service website that shows any trail closures.

10 a.m. on sunday sounds good to me, yes there is still a 5 dollar entry fee, I also will have an extra spot open on the trailer if anyone needs a lift. I usually bring chest waders this time of year because of how damn cold it is!!!! Does everyone agree on Sunday at 10? I usually take 526 to clements ferry, hang a left on preservance and follow the signs from there but if you are in the moncks corner area the other way is just as fast

i hooked the trailer up and got my waders in my truck and got on my four wheeler and rode it down the road. my tie rod was loose and i didnt know it. and it broke when it did it took my cv shaft with it. flipped over but i wasnt goin but like 20 and it threm me in the grass. hirt my shoulder but mainly im ok but i wont be able to make it so i have to order new tie rods and the rod between em and a cv shaft. im pissed

Damn dude, that sucks. I had a great time today! We had 9-10 4wheelers with us and just had a good time. That Eiger is a beast! Definitely wantin to go again, and this time camp out there.

There were 2 brutes out there. And that sucks about your friend. Hell, I broke my back in 3 places on March 10th of 07 on a four wheeler. Dangerous but fun.

Im ready to see what my baby eiger has for someone with a big fourwheeler in the mud. I love sitting back and watchin ppl like brandon with nothing done to his fourwheeler and making in through almost everything and not caring if he gets stuck, thats what its all about! I like being challenged by other ppl with bigger, more powerful fourwheelers to see if they can hang with my fourwheeler, 10 times out of 10....they cant :)

Brandon, we are all going out on the tail race camping this weekend on the island, same group of people, we all have big boats and can get you and your friends there if you want to come. Let me know, we will def go out to wambaw and camp within the next few weekends.
