They tow up to 5,000 lbs. Payload (I believe) is 1,200 lbs. (for 99-2001 models) & 1,350 lbs. for 03/04 models. Trailer hitches were standard. If he doesn't have one, they are a dime a dozen.
Last question, he will have to answer.

I have thought about it and right now frankly someone could drive this truck off a cliff and I really wouldnt care. Ford said it was fixed and it didnt start for me again last night. I dont know what the hell it is. I am not throwing any codes or anything and it works when it gets to the dealership and quits for me. I am done with it. I will get it started and running right the strait to auto trader.
