The part taken from a tank looked fake. Why install that part in the passenger side of the interior?

The donor part from a tank looks more like a small turbine moving the air!

From what was said in the video, I take it as if the vacuum sucks the car to the ground so it can hug the corners, and I say :bs:....it most likely acts as a counter weight to force the car lower to the ground, ummm, lets add this 450lb vacuum to the car to see if it will suck the air from underneath us to make us lower, dumbass engineers.
