Looks good Chris.

Can you list your stereo components. Yours looks a lot like mine, but yours looks newer and subs look better.

I just recently added satellite radio to my 4 year old set-up.

My setup:
Pioneer AVH-7500DVD with Sirius Tuner
JL Audio 500/1
JL Audio 300/4
2 - JL 10" W3v2
4 - JL XR570-CSi

?

Yea It was the 1st thing I bought for the truck in 2003. I hardly ever have it flipped up, so it normally looks like a regular Head Unit.

After my wife seen mine she made me buy her one too. Now a days I'm careful on what I let her see.

BTW: I love the pioneer.

My setup:

2 jl audio 10" W6 subs
1 jl audio 1000 watt mono block
1 jl audio 300 x 4 mids and highs amp
2 6 1/2" infinity perfects in the doors
2 5 1/4 infinity perfect in the rear
1 pioneer AVH-P7600DVD 7" touch screen head unit
dynamat throughout

Installed by ME

If you look on ebay you can build a sustem for almost half price thats what i did. and it still cost me 2500-3000k

by the way two days after i installed everything i had to take my truck to woody bilton and some bastard (employee) there stole my amp. They tried to blame it on the wife and I. Months later good ole berkeley county found it at money man in s'ville. I was able to sell it on ebay for what i paid for it so all was good. moral of the story dont take your vehicles to woody bilton.

Man you guys with your fancy stereo/dvd players. I got the plain old Ford stereo and wheels and hoods and......... Whaaaaaaaa whaaaaaa.

Nice looking truck, Chris. Maybe you guys could share some of your leftover components from your stereos with a plain ole stock truck guy.

I like that box you have where did you get it from. Just wouldnt be crazy about my amps hangin out like that. I got my box from musicmooseaudio or something like that. I dont really like it b/c it has an air leak somewhere and make buzzing noises some times. I might just get pleasant sounds to make me a fiberglass box one day.

No that was a road in my neighborhood but bushy park rd would look nice under the trees that hang over the road or at the boat launch

I am looking at one and trying to narrow them down

I would strongly erge you to check out the pioneer AVH-7800DVD its a nice set up and it plays in WVGA Resolution which is better than ours on the monitor. Its also fully compatable with and ipod but i dont think it supports the vehicle dynamics processor like ours does (model AVG-VDP1). which is a cool add-on.

Chris,

I have a friend that does some nice fiberglass work. He built my box and dash pod.

We were planning on making a nice amp rack. I just never got around to it. Maybe some day.

How much would your buddy charge to get that custom box. That looks hot.

I would appreciate it. I like that box and that pod. I would pay for both of those. they look real sharp. Did he paint the box too?

i might be interested in one too depending on the price and if he can modify the design a little. Where your box is rounded in the middle i want mine flat so i can mount my amp there.
