What is a good company to go through for vinyl siding to be installed? Want to remove all wood siding and replace with vinyl siding.
Thanks

Are you doing anything else with it? Roof, replacement windows, etc??

roof is 3 years old.
Maybe windows. But unsure at this time. Will be going through the good cents program for the windows I am sure.

Every time that I've seen vinyl siding done in favor of wood paneling, you replace the bad paneling and run the vinyl right over the paneling.
We did it to my parents house the same way. It wasn't hard, the hardest part were the j-channel cuts. You wrap it with tyvek from the bottom to the top, and you run the vinyl siding so you don't see the overlaps from the street. Make sure where you start at the bottom and level around the house it doesn't run too low. The last row on the top gets a nail in the bottom that matches the color of the siding.

Vinyl siding isn't needed immediately and can be done in the future. all that is needed is a few boards replaced. it's not that hard and will be much easier on the wallet(<$200). There will be many more improvements you can spend the difference on. besides vinyl siding blows off during hurricanes :) Just something else to think about.
