We closed on our home around 3pm yesterday. Finally no longer a renter :bigthumb:
Here is the only pic I have of it right now as "proof"
http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m237/1stpny/Mobile%20Uploads/1252673052.jpg
Already changed the door locks out, fixed 1 issue with the hvac. And am going to paint abby's room today and change some other fixtures out as well. Will bring the camera later today.
3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, big back yard and corner lot. Do not have to worry about hispanics parking right up on any of our vehicles and scratching the hell out of them and do not have to listen to pay run up and down the stairs.
Feels very relieving now. Process is finally over.

Nice!
Hopefully you were able to cash in on the $8K first time homeowner's tax credit. At least that is a way you can try to get some of your own tax dollars back in your pocket that was wrongfully confiscated in the first place.
BTW, your grass needs cutting! LOL!

Yea, the 8k may be the ONLY program so far I am "ok" with.
I know the grass needs cutting. Funny how when you put a contract on a home the usually upkeep crap STOPS! But it will be cut today when we are over there. I am bringing the camera today and snap some pics of the inside and backyard.
Backyard is big enough for the trailer and STILL room to use the backyard for other stuff.
Its not million dollar home. BUT, to us it is right now considering its better than little mexico

No, this is not crazy hal aka badfkr. I do know who you are talking about though.
I play poker :D and have a garage to host in. BUT need to get moved in first.
Yes, it is the 1st phase of tramway. 4th street on the left on the man drag. Corner house. If you are in the area and see the garage door open and/or vehicles there. Swing on by. Going to be in and out all day by moving. But shouldn't take long to move from duck ditch to there.
We can do a BBQ of sorts in a couple of weeks. BUT, I will have family from out of state and what not kicking it too. Hope you guys can hang with them on the drinks :D Hate to see CHP not being able to hang with them :D :D :D
I wanted to stay there last night , even though there wasn't any furniture there.
If anybody has any free time today and might wanna help for alittle by chance , give me a call 843-813-3157. Can always use a hand just moving stuff around. Fridge is already set up so that doesn't need to be moved. Just boxes and other items. Daughters room is being moved 1st! Than ours. So after that is just all the misc items.

Well we finished unloading the apartment yesterday and getting them all moved. the boxes are getting emptied at a record pace. They do not have internet yet so I figured I would post the update for him. I think there is a lot more room in the house than he originally thought. And oh it's quiet there... for now :D
Met most of the neighbors and they seen to be cool. Not sure of the next door one though, but I guess we will meet her once we get playing with the vehicles. There is also a Moncks Corner officer that lives across the street. He still needs to meet him. It might come in handy one day. ;)
The best part.... Abby is right around the corner now! :bigthumb:

we spent the night last night and boy did it feel good. woke up this morning and checked on our vehicles like always and to my surprise, we did not have other vehicles parked on top of ours. went outside and it is quiet. me and abby saw a rabbit in our yard. for the 6 years in the apt i NEVER saw one. it feels great. still have small boxes to unpack and rearrange some things

Nice neighborhood. Really, really quiet. Hell, there are cops everywhere in there. I can count three just from Hal's yard. Nice place, Hal. Maybe now that I am back to work, my back will recover from all of the lifting. Congrats again, man. And, remember-if you need anything, just call.

20 minutes to get home in that messed up traffic today. Same as it did back and forth to work. I can deal with it.
