My dad bought a Buell 1125R today. He said he couldn't pass up the deal. I don't even know what the 1125R is, but it doesn't sound like something a 60 year old man needs.

Its a nice bike. less than 400 lbs, 145 or so hp and 82 tq. A very beautiful bike. MSRP for around 13k I believe.

Ride it......shit- i'll hang tight a couple months and then try to get him to give it to me.

He bought this brand new off the HD floor and you would not believe what he paid for it. He said they have 3 more and he might go back and buy them too.

No, my dad doesn't have a bunch of money. He is OLD SCHOOL- doesn't even have a checking account.

He does get bored though and will sniff out deals and turn them into a few extra bucks for himself.

He will buy anything if he thinks he can sell it and make a little something.

And like i said- you would call me a liar if i told you what he was paying for these.
