Mine will be mounted and balanced tomorrow. Heck of a nice guy and his prices beat Summit (2) 275/50r15 MT et street radials, mounted, balanced for $407 out the door. summit was $396 then I would have to get them M&B. I know where I will be buying tires from now on.
Thanks Tyler!

My tires came in yesterday, but they have decided to keep them for a while. They told me yesterday that they would call me when they were ready and never did, I called today and got no answer. Brent pretty much acted like they were doing me a favor or something when I called yesterday and that I shouldn't have called to check on them. It doesn't take that long to mount 2 tires, no matter how busy they were the tires should have been mounted and balanced Friday. Especially since I told him I needed them for Saturday (today).

That sucks. It's hard to find anybody that is reliable and that will really try and keep your business.

Sorry to hear that Joe. When I got mine I told him I would be back Friday to pick them up. I called him at noon and they were ready.

That is bull shit. Standard excuse. I have voicemail, if he really did call wether it rang or not he should have left voicemail. I have no missed calls and no voicemails from him. I suppose he could have dialed the number wrong, but that isn't my problem since he put the ball entirely in his court when he acted like I was bothering him when I called to check on them at 2:30 friday.
I'm really tired of the attitude a lot of businesses have toward their customers. They aren't doing us favors, we are paying for a product/service.

i go to the Tire Kingdom besides Lowes in Summerville.
Glen is the manager. i personally talk to him EVERY time i go in,
or i call him
because of my truck tires, they remember me and take care.
if he is not busy, he can remember my name when i walk in.
but everyone makes mistakes, so give guys some room for error
i pretty much got all but cussed out for trying to buy a tailgate from a bodyshop, because i wanted the body shop to paint the tailgate for $100 before i bought it.
guy blessed me out pretty good.
i spent my $275 somewhere else :(
